What this app does

Notil connects to your Nuvemshop store and sends WhatsApp messages to your customers about their own orders — order confirmation, shipping updates, pending PIX payment reminders, and abandoned-cart recovery — from your own WhatsApp Business number, using Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API with Coexistence.

What data we collect and why

• Store data: your Nuvemshop store ID, domain, and an API access token, used to read order/checkout information and register the webhooks this app relies on.
• Order and checkout data: order ID, status, and your customer's name and phone number, read from Nuvemshop's API only when needed to send one of the messages listed above.
• Message logs: a record of messages sent and received (phone number, message content, timestamp) so you can see delivery history and reply to customers within WhatsApp's messaging window.
• WhatsApp connection details: your WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, and access token, used to send messages on your behalf.

We do not collect payment card details, passwords, or any data beyond what's needed to send these order-related messages.

Who else sees this data

• Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) processes every message sent or received, under Meta's own data policies.
• Nuvemshop is the source of the order/checkout data — see Nuvemshop's own privacy policy for how they handle it on their side.
• We do not sell or share this data with any other third party.

Data retention and deletion

Store data and message logs are kept for as long as the app is installed. If you uninstall the app, all data tied to your store is deleted automatically. If one of your customers requests deletion of their personal data through Nuvemshop, their phone number and message content are removed from our records automatically as well.

If a customer requests a copy of the data we hold about them, that request is currently logged for manual handling by our support team rather than fulfilled automatically — contact us below if you're waiting on one.
